Miso soup
Hmm.. long time no post. Ok so im gonna post about a very tasty, warm and thick soup from japan. It is the MISO SOUP. Yumm. It has that bean paste (made from fermented soy bean) which makes it so thick and rich, mixing it with seaweed and tofu, and optional meat. Okonomiyaki
Who is feeling hungry, well i am. How about a culinary experience on japan.
Okonomiyaki ^.^ a famous food from japan the brother of takoyaki. The difference between takoyaki and okonomoyaki is that okonomiyaki is flat while okonomoyaki is shaped like a ball -sphere.
