Alpen- anime and dota

Do you know what is cosplay, well if you do not know cosplay is a very common culture in the modern day japan. Cosplay is the act of using a costume of an anime character or cartoons. People would dress in many different characters. From robots to ninja even sometimes alien. if you would like to try this culture you could go to a local anime festival, i am sure there would be cos players there. You can buy these costumes in ebay or any other internet shops. OR maybe make your own.

Hmm.. long time no post. Ok so im gonna post about a very tasty, warm and thick soup from japan. It is the MISO SOUP. Yumm. It has that bean paste (made from fermented soy bean) which makes it so thick and rich, mixing it with seaweed and tofu, and optional meat. I you guys are interested on making this oup click here, you can get the miso paste at a local super market. ^.^ *suddenly wants miso soup*

Who is feeling hungry, well i am. How about a culinary experience on japan.
Okonomiyaki ^.^ a famous food from japan the brother of takoyaki. The difference between takoyaki and okonomoyaki is that okonomiyaki is flat while okonomoyaki is shaped like a ball -sphere. They both have the same ingridient. Flour,Milk,Egg,Veggies and all sort of meat. Mix all of that pan-fry it. And you got yourself an okonomiyaki. Click This  for complete recipe
